The concept behind the book is simple - concentrate crystal energy where it is most needed.

Currently we match crystals with Sun signs. Sagittarius is Turquoise, Scorpio is Topaz, etc. But I advise, “Forget your Sun sign. The Sun represents where we feel great. We need to apply crystal energy where we feel not-so-great, stressed or vulnerable. That is what our Saturn sign represents.”
